Description
The City of Fairburn / Development Authority (¿Lessor¿) is soliciting proposals (each, a ¿Proposal¿) from qualified vendors (¿Respondents¿ or ¿Proposers¿) interested in leasing and redeveloping the property located at 30 West Broad Street, Fairburn, GA 30213. The purpose of this RFP is to select a tenant/developer who will deliver the highest-value improvements, activate the site, and comply with the terms and vision of the City. This is an opportunity to help activate a key downtown anchor property through high-quality redevelopment and destination programming.
