Oncepermitted,constructed,andbroughtonline,thesewellsandtransmissionlineswillbeusedtoconveyrawwatertotheCityof
ElizabethCityWaterTreatmentFacilitylocatedat1WilsonSt,ElizabethCity,NC27909.
