Description
1.2.1 This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from contract award to July 31st, 2026 with two (2), one (1) year option periods.
1.2.2 Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Tenant Services requires the warehousing services for the temporary storage of office equipment, supplies and furniture, on an "as and when requested" basis, within the National Capital Region (NCR).
AAFC requires the Contractor to provide move and reconfiguration services. Additional offsite swing space is required for temporary storage of furniture and equipment.
1.2.3 There is a Security component associated with this requirement.
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/08/01.
