Description

The Regional Support Unit (RSU) at the Embassy of the United States of America in Amman, Jordan has a requirement for a qualified contractor to provide Locally Employed Staff (LES) with GMC Health Insurance Coverage Services for LES staff at The Embassy of the United States in Iraq.



The estimated number of LES employees is 571 and the estimated number of independents is 750. For a total number of 1321 enrollees. Please note these are only estimated numbers.



The anticipated performance base period is for 12 months, with four one-year option periods, at the discretion of the U.S. government.



The Regional Support Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Amman plans to post solicitation # 19RC1126R0002 in www.sam.gov on or about December 22, 2025. The approximate acquisition schedule is as follows:



This presolicitation will be posted for 15 days. Once the solicitation announcement closes on sam.gov, the offerors will have 30 days to submit proposals. All dates are subject to change and offerors will be notified by registering on https://www.sam.gov.



The contract will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal.
