ADDENDUM #1

Plainfield Park District

Asphalt Paving at Various Sites - Bid # 2055

This addendum becomes part of and modifies, amends, and clarifies Project Manual for the above-mentioned Bid. All

provisions and requirements of the Project Manual shall remain in effect except as specifically changed in this addendum.

Below is the list of revised items in Addendum #1 (items to follow):

1. CLARIFICATION: All spoils from excavation are to be hauled away by and reused or disposed of by the Contractor.

All local, state, and federal guidelines are to be followed. Any testing, if required, will be by the Contractor at no

additional cost to the Owner.

2. CLARIFICATION: Bid submission does not need to be notarized in Will County. Any Notary Public will be sufficient.

Receipt of this addendum shall be acknowledged in the Bid Form and by signing below and including a copy of this

sheet with your bid submission.
