Description

By means of the RFP, the Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) from Natural Resources Canada

(NRCan) requires a contractor to perform removal and disposal of waste petroleum products from the port

in the Montreal area within five (5) business days after initial contact from PCSP. Type of petroleum waste

products to be disposed of include, but are not restricted to gasoline, diesel, naphtha, aviation fuel, oil &

lubricants, and glycol.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued for the requirement of Hazardous waste disposal services

under the Public Services and Procurement Canada, Supply Arrangement (SA) EW479-162880 -Hazardous waste disposal services.

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement, this notice is published on Government Electronic

Tendering Service (GETS) for a period of 40 calendar days. The closing date published on this notice

identifies how long the notice will be published. For the closing date of any solicitation under the supply

arrangement, invited suppliers should refer to the solicitation documents.

Suppliers that do not have a Supply Arrangement for the Hazardous waste disposal services with Public

Works and Government Services Canada, cannot submit a bid. Any bids received from suppliers not prequalified on the Supply Arrangement will not be evaluated.

Only the suppliers listed below and qualified under the Supply Arrangement # EW479-162880 Hazardous

Waste Disposal Services for the areas of services (Quebec and/or Ontario) and applicable to the

general stream have been invited by email to submit a bid.
