Description
The scope of the work entails installation of new stand bye generator systems to the power service at four existing schools to provide 100% stand-bye power for each school.
The generators and switchgears have been are pre-purchased by the owner (SD 92 Nisga'a) and will be on site. Work includes the complete installation of generators, feeders, switchgears, construction of concrete equipment bases, tie in to existing power distribution system, and BC Hydro services, and final acceptance testing. As well, detailed and careful coordination with BC Hydro and SD 92 Nisga'a to ensure minimum disruption to school operations, security, life safety, and heating systems.
