The scope of the project is to provide Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and oversee the construction of a supply system to draw raw water from the North Saskatchewan River, screen and pump the water to a treatment location, and after chemical treatment and settlement in sedimentation ponds, pump the clarified water through a pipeline to delivery points along Range Road 214 south to Township Road 554 within Strathcona County’s Industrial Heartland region.
