2026 Chip and Fog Seal Coat Project

The City of Bloomington is seeking bidders to provide chip and fog seal application to various streets and neighborhoods throughout the City of Bloomington. All quantities are estimates and are not intended to express or imply guaranteed quantities. The contractor shall provide all materials, necessary labor and equipment to perform this work unless outlined in the below provisions. All delivery and associated fees are to be included in bid prices. All work for this project will be awarded to one bidder.
