The Town of Rocky Mountain House is interested in retaining a contractor (individual or company) to repair the surface of 47 Av and 43 St
PROJECT: Cap-3222-2025_47_Ave
DESCRIPTION: Work with Town Administration to repair the asphalt surface of 47 Ave and 43 St, as further detailed in Appendix “B,” Scope of Services.
DATE ISSUED: April 23, 2025
CLOSING DATE: May 14, 2022
CLOSING TIME: 1400 HOURS (LOCAL TIME)
While the Town of Rocky Mountain House (the “Town”) anticipates awarding a contract to an experienced contractor to repair the asphalt surface (the “Services”) nothing in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) binds the Town to accept any proposal. The Town will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of submissions responding to this RFP.
The Town reserves the right to withdraw, at its discretion and at any time, this RFP.
The Town reserves the right to alter or amend this RFP prior to the Closing Date. If in the sole opinion of the Town an amendment to this RFP merits an extension of the Closing Date the Town may extend the Closing Date.
Only written amendments to this RFP shall be effective.
Amendments to this RFP will be made available in the same manner and by the same method used for the distribution of this RFP.
