The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – Steris Sterilization Cleaning Supplies
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to restrict competition and negotiate a firm-fixed-price award with DNI Mission Services, LLC (UEI: FCDMHYJUCEV7). DNI Mission Services, LLC is the only Indian Owned Small Business Economic Entity capable of providing various Steris-branded Sterilization Cleaning Supplies for the Northern Navajo Medical Center. DNI Mission Services, LLC is the only ISBEE authorized reseller for Steris. The NAICS code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
The Period of Performance will be for a base plus (4) option periods with a 12-month period from the date of award.
Base Award: 12 months from date of award.
1st Option Period: 12 months
2nd Option Period: 12 months
3rd Option Period: 12 months
4th Option Period: 12 months
The procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures.
The notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 11, 2026, by 1:00 pm MDT. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
