Project Description: The PCMC Engineering Department is responsible for overseeing the installation, field inspection, and
final approval of public improvements required of private development upon execution of a public
improvement agreement. Inspections are conducted to ensure that all City standards of installation and
materials are met.
Public infrastructure installed as part of private development is dedicated to the City upon acceptance
after a 12-month warranty period following a final inspection. This RSOQ seeks to identify qualified firms
to provide inspection services for public infrastructure for current and future private developments.
These infrastructure improvements include wet utilities, roadways, and flatwork. The selected
Respondent will be expected to enter into a contract to provide the inspection services for a three-year
term.
