The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, will be publishing Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) # 36C248-24-R-0184 with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield 12,000 contiguous ABOA square feet of Medical Office and related space in Titusville, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 80 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered.

Only Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a Newly Constructed Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization, or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2026.

Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:

North: Parrish Road
South: Tico Road
East: Washington Ave Rt 1
West: I-95
