Description
Public Notice of Sole Source Procurement
The Thomas County Board of Commissioners intends to award a sole source purchase to Stryker for the acquisition of LifePak 35 Cardiac Monitors for use by Thomas County EMS. This procurement is being made as a sole source purchase based on the Manufacturer Exclusivity, Stryker is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and sole provider of the LifePak 35 Cardiac Monitors. Any vendor who believes they can provide goods that meet or exceed the specifications and compatibility requirements may submit a statement of capabilities to the Thomas County Purchasing Department no later than 15 calendar days from the posting date. Deadline being September 19, 2025, 1:00 p.m.
