Description
Sealed proposals will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at 1:30 PM of the same day and no further bids will be accepted. The Disadvantaged Business Employment Provisions will be evaluated and those bids found to be in compliance with the DBE Provisions shall be opened and read aloud at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Only electronic submissions through the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids.
A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at the Coffee Bluff Marina located at 14915 Coffee Bluff Road, Savannah, GA 31419
to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend.
The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah promotes equal opportunities for all vendors in city purchases.
