The Town of Hingham, Massachusetts, is requesting proposals for the lease of municipal real estate to a federally licensed communications company or a real estate company with a written agreement with a federally licensed communications company to construct, own, locate, operate and develop one wireless communications tower facility and related equipment upon a portion of the property owned by the Town and located at the Department of Public Works Facility at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, MA for the purpose of improving service coverage within the Town and for its residents.
