Separate sealed BIDS for the installation of approximately 683 LF of 8¿ PVC gravity sewer, 4 ¿ 4¿ di-ameter manholes and connecting to an existing manhole will be received by the Dade County Industrial De-velopment Authority at the office of the Dade County Industrial Development Authority, Dade County His-torical Courthouse, 12345 Main Street, Trenton, GA 30752 until 1:00 P.M., EDT, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Ladd Environmental Con-sultants, located at P. O. Box 680869 (Zip 35968-1609), 1207 Chitwood Avenue, SE, Fort Payne, Alabama 35967-4822, (Phone: 256-845-5315) upon payment of a plan deposit of $65.00 for each set and includes a digital copy upon request. Alternatively, digital only copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 at the stated office
Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded 100% of the plan deposit for one set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. Additional sets obtained shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit.
All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
All Bidders must be properly licensed as Utility Contractors by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board.
