Stormwater Sampling, Monitoring, Reporting and support services at Camp Roberts and Camp San Luis Obispo

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to provide sampling, monitoring, reporting, and support services for Stormwater at Camp Roberts located at HWY 101 Camp Roberts, CA 93451 and Camp San Luis Obispo located at 10 Sonoma Avenue San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 on or around November 1, 2024 through January 1, 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications.

The Contractor shall provide documentation showing that it maintains at least
one QISP on staff and that it has at least three years providing the following services:
1. Conducting QSE Sampling and stormwater discharge visual observations;
2. Conducting monthly visual observations of authorized and unauthorized (non-storm water discharges;
3. Uploading stormwater analytical data to SMARTS;
4. Completing Annual Reports in SMARTS;
5. Identifying discharge exceedances and preparing Tier 1 ERA Evaluations and Reports and Tier 2 ERA Action Plans, Technical Reports, and Implementation Extensions; and
6. Implementing an employee training program.
