Description:
The Contractor shall provide services to the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) at the Veterans Home of California, Yountville (Home), located at 190 California Drive, Yountville, CA 94599.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, license, permits, and every other
item of expense necessary, unless otherwise stated, to provide semi-annual operational inspections, annual Inspections and maintenance services, one Eddy current testing on both the evaporator and condensers on all 3 chiller systems and incidental repair services. These services are to be performed on all three chillers.
