Please note the format of the Date of Birth (DOB) and ensure it is in the DD/MM/YY format. Please have all forms turned in no later than 1 p.m. EST on Monday 20 Jan.

Amendment 002: Added some frequently asked questions. I will update as more questions get asked.

This is a solicitation for Air Duct Cleaning which will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest price technically acceptable.

This solicitation is for NAICS 238220. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitiation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $19.0 Million for NAICS 238220 at the time of submission.
