This RFI is issued for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a commitment to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), or an obligation to contract for any services.Virginia Energy anticipates that it may subsequently issue a competitive Request for Proposals seeking a qualified entity to serve as the statewide C-PACE Program Administrator.
