Pall Storage Building

Project Description: The Wellsboro Municipal Authority (WMA) is seeking sealed Bids to furnish and install a storage building at the water filtration plant on Bryden Street, Wellsboro, Tioga County, PA. Bids will be electronically received via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com until Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened publicly at the WMA regular monthly meeting that afternoon at 4:00 p.m., local time. Copies of the Bidding Documents are available electronically at no cost via PennBid, http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bidders shall utilize the PennBid System and comply with all their requirements and procedures.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of WMA, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Proposals must be upon the forms provided within the Contract Documents and may not be withdrawn for 60 days from the date of opening. Successful Bidder shall be required to execute the Agreement and provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid on this project. The Wellsboro Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the best interests of the Authority.
