Description
Project Description:
The project scope includes the removal of the existing CT scanner and its replacement with a new CT scanner. The space will be renovated to accommodate the project requirements outlined in the tender documents. Electrical and mechanical systems will be upgraded to meet the specifications of the new equipment. The renovation includes updating the existing space to comply with current radiation safety standards and safe patient handling requirements. These improvements aim to enhance ergonomics for users and provide a better experience for patients. The new design will enable technologists to utilize the advanced features of a contemporary CT scanner fully. The replacement involves retiring a 2011 GE "LightSpeed" model in the Medical Imaging department.The renovated space must meet OAP certification requirements for Diagnostic Imaging.Estimated Construction budget is $500,000.00Contractor to state numbers of weeks to Substantial Completion.
