THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and properly dispose offsite all woody debris greater than three (3) inches in diameter covering two (2) acres and all river debris from the “Back Area” field at Union Village Dam, East Thetford, VT
