KWYN SOLAR

This action is to support space education for space domain awareness in a training and education setting with advance visualization capability, this purchase will cover two years of KWYN SOLAR Licenses: 5 Foundational Licenses, 1 Pro License, and 1 Server License as well as on-site and remote support.

The Government has determined that other companies' products do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet the Government's needs. A unique capability is required for the immersive space domain awareness( SDA) training and education mission for this effort, and Charles River Analytics is the sole vendor for the KWYN™ SOLAR capability that has been independently validated by multiple cognitive evaluation teams from DARPA Hallmark and has provided proven training and education throughout STARCOM, specifically at Delta 13. SOLAR uniquely supports the USAFA (Det 1) training and education mission by offering intuitive and high-fidelity controls for students and users who are being taught orbital dynamics, SDA, wargaming, payload and space craft design in the context of 20,000+ resident space objects.
