Description
REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Contractor should provide everything needed to meet the requirements of the grass cutting services including, without limitation, any and all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, transportation and management necessary faithfully perform and provide Services in this contract.
The Contractor should perform complete grass cutting maintenance as generally described in Schedule A for all grass cutting locations listed in Schedule “A-1 List of Locations - King George Boulevard (All City of Surrey Areas)”. The Services are to be performed for the City’s Engineering Department – Operations Division, Contracts & Solid Waste Section.
The work involves approximately 200,000 square metres of grass cutting and related services along King George Boulevard, on either side of a sidewalk, and during the March to September growing season. The square metres shown on the project areas are estimated and no guarantee can be given as to their accuracy.
ADDENDA
If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation, the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.

Please note: City Hall is closed for Winter Break from December 25th to January 1st returning to operation on January 2nd. Any correspondence sent to the City will be acknowledged once City Hall has reopened.
