Notice is hereby given that Sauk County will receive proposal packets per specifications until 3:00 P.M., Central Time, September 11, 2026 (Closing). There will be two separate contracts for services: One contract for the Devil’s Lake North and South Segments and one contract for the Baraboo Spur. Both contracts will be part of the services awarded to the same primary consultant as part of this RFP. Award of the Baraboo Spur contract is contingent upon designation of the final route by the City of Baraboo and the availability of sufficient funding, as determined by the City. Nothing in this RFP obligates the City of Baraboo to award or execute the Baraboo Spur contract if funding is unavailable or the project does not proceed.
