STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract.

EVALUATION
PDF Quote must be included. Failure to quote all items or provide PDF quote may deem the quote non-responsive . The State will not be responsible for any costs not otherwise specified. Inquiries must be submitted via the OhioBuys Inquiry Field.

AWARD
A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to lowest responsible and responsive MBE quote as a result of this solicitation. Period of performance for any resulting PO will be 07/01/2026 – 03/26/2027. Please note that this a shortened license term of nine months.
