Project Description: UTHSA is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing support for its NetApp FAS8040 controllers and is associated disks that are used to run production (lower priority) critical workloads. The goal is to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our storage infrastructure while minimizing downtime and risk.
The support will include hardware and troubleshooting existing technologies used with NetApp cluster. Ensuring proper monitoring and troubleshooting are important to ensure the integrity of the product that is still used in production workloads. The support shall be the premium level – which is not ala-carte – instead all inclusive. There shall not be any additional products/services need.
