NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, will receive Contract Proposals up to the hour of 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofamericancanyon or in person at the City Clerk's office at American Canyon City Hall located at 4381 Broadway, Second Floor. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter, in person in the Council Chambers, and referred to the City Council for consideration at the next regularly scheduled meeting. For proposals submitted in person, the City Clerk's clock will be used to make the official determination of the time bids are submitted.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in person at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at Council Chambers, American Canyon City Hall, 4381 Broadway, American Canyon, CA 94503 .

The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation by means of full depth replacement, asphalt rubber cape seal, water main replacement and reconnect, sewer cured in place lining throughout the eastern portions of the Rancho Del Mar neighborhood in the City of American Canyon. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, curb ramp upgrades, micro milling, dig out repairs, crack sealing, asphalt rubber cape seal, full depth replacement of asphalt along Rio Del Mar, new signage and striping including cross walks, water main replacement and reconnection to services, water main abandonment, and sewer cured in place lining. Streets include Rio Del Mar, Los Altos Drive, Cassayre Dr, Joan Drive, Carolyn Drive, Alta Loma Drive, Del Rey Court, and Flamingo Court in the City of American Canyon. This project is funded by the Napa Countywide Sales Tax Measure T, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant, Water and Wastewater Enterprise funds.

The Engineer’s Estimate for the Project is $6,787,000.
