The purpose of this Amendment is to provide updated DRAFT PWS. Below are the following updates.
1. Removed that do not exceed 15% above the baseline established at award in any contract year from section 5.2.2
2. Removed up to 15% annually from section 5.2.2 Performance Standards
3. Removed or bundled pricing structures from 5.2.2 Performance Standards
4. Removed bundled structures that prevent cost validation from 5.2.3
5. Removed exceeding 15% from 5.2.3 Performance Standards
The Due date for this RFI remains unchanged.
