Notice is given that on September 10, 2026 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly
open separate sealed bids for Nicollet Garage Lot Gate, Project Number 64407, Contract Number 26P030.
The work of this project includes: Mill/Overlay, new security cameras, entrance gates and fencing in the
two staff parking lots that are adjacent to the Nicollet Bus Garage. There will be a relatively small
amount of work taking place within the Nicollet Garage itself, to tie-in the communication cabling to the
security cameras and gates.
