Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Frederick County Annual Sidewalk Maintenance (FY2027). Please refer to IFB #26-494-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 479 974 524# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date:  July 15, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
