Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Forestry, Fire and State Land
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Tree thinning with hand cut & pile of 216 acres of the Beaver Creek area near Helper, Utah.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: April 15th, 2026 - June 20th, 2026. Contract time cannot be extended due to timing stipulations or environmental circumstances.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
