Service Period: October 1, 2024 thru Sept. 30, 2025 The bidder is REQUIRED to set up a site visit with the contact person before placing a bid with the agency. The bidder is REQUIRED to attach their liability insurance to their bid as well. October 23, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. is the designated site visit day. The bidder will need to attach an itemized quote with their bid. The vendor will need to provide necessary cleaning supplies. Payments will be made in arrears monthly. Please bill invoices monthly and send them to invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov. Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions. If you have any additional questions concerning this field office, please contact the contact person listed above. Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles will consider our budget when processing an award to a supplier for items and services. Our agency must stay within our budget when awarding a purchase order.
