Place of Performance:
The VISN 04, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source award under the authority of FAR 12.102-1 for Lab Testing Services. Award shall be with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Simplified acquisition procedures shall be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity for a three-year period. The NAICS code is 621511. This special notice service as the notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation or request for orders. A determination by the Government to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
