HOLDROOM CARPETING PROJECT FOR BUFFALO NIAGARA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Project Description: SCOPE: The Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) is looking to replace carpeting in designated gate areas of the terminal. The total area for the replacement of carpet tile squares is 23,417 square feet. Proponents shall verify/measure each area to confirm square footage requirements. The selected installer will be responsible for the removal and-proper disposal of the existing carpeting materials. This project is subject to prevailing wage rate.
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on December 3, 2024, at 3 p.m.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
