This posting is a Request for Quote (RFQ) made by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District for the performance of a hazardous materials survey for the 2,140 square foot Toledo Project Office (Building 1), the 1,200 square foot Warehouse (Building 2), and the 2 small sheds (Buildings 4 and 5) in Toledo Ohio. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. Please be advised that this requirement may be delayed, revised, or cancelled at any time before award. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
