Photography and Videography Services - Supplemental

Project Description: The City of Tempe (“City”) invites media specialists, photographers, and videographers to submit proposals for inclusion on a qualified vendor list for each freelance service. The City will use the qualified list to select firms for upcoming projects. Possible opportunities include, but are not limited to special events, dedications, groundbreakings, banquets, arts in the parks, public art installations, performances, and workshops. Videographers may be contracted for on-camera interview and to produce and edit special event packages. All projects will take place within or around the City of Tempe geographic boundaries. Responding firms shall be located within the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
The City may award contracts to multiple media specialists, photographers, videographers, and drone operators for inclusion on the qualified lists. The initial contract term will be for one year and renewable for up to three, one-year options exercisable by the City and based on performance and future pricing of awarded firms. The initial term will align with the contract term with the current contracts awarded under Request for Proposal 24-050.
NOTE: Awarded contracts resulting from this solicitation are supplemental to the other contracts already in place. Current contractors awarded contracts under RFP 24-050 are still valid and on the approved lists of contractors and do not need to respond to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
