Greetings,
The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the PV957DGRW -Degraw Firehouse Renovation -Special Inspections project. This project is to renovate the former 6,000 sf firehouse of Engine Company 204 at 299 DeGraw Street in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn into a permanent home and music school for the non-profit cultural organization Noel Pointer Foundation school to have private lesson rooms, private offices, music library and gallery, workstations, storage rooms, and recording rooms. Install new elevator, MEP systems, FF&E, and IT/security systems.
