Project Description
This project will improve Lindsay Road from Ocotillo Road to Hunt Highway including widening to four traffic lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalk, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, raised landscape median, wet and dry utilities, irrigation systems, site walls and other improvements. This is a federally funded project, using FHWA funds. The estimated construction cost for this project ranges from $30 to $32 Million.

Scope of Work
Provide all Construction Management services for the project in accordance with the engineering design and City standards.
The Construction Manager may provide the following services:

No addenda will be sent to non-registered parties.
DO NOT submit questions to the APP Vendor Forum as they will not be responded to.  Questions must be submitted via e-mail to soq.questions@chandleraz.gov for consideration.
Also, you must follow SOQ submittal instructions in the RFQ Document. DO NOT submit SOQ’s through the APP portal.
