Summary
Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for conducting an Intercity Bus Study. The Department is required to fund intercity bus service in Arizona with Section 5311 funds and this study will provide guidance for compliance with this requirement as outlined in FTA Circular 9040.1. |
