NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Mooweep, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
It is urgent request to repair RTU#1 and RTU #2 on HVAC at Shiprock Agency Building. The vendor is currently working on preventive and maintenance on the building.
The anticipated delivery is April 30, 2026.
