Phase 2 Stormwater Management Improvements in the community of Jonestown

The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for the design and construction of Phase 2 Stormwater Management Improvements in the community of Jonestown, including:

Electronic copies of the RFP, site drawings, and bid forms may be obtained by emailing npearce@carolinemd.org or by accessing the County website at the following link: https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx .

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, @ 2:00 pm at the Pavilion at Jonestown Park located at 4472 Nelpine Road Preston, MD 21655 . After the Pre-Bid meeting, a site walk-through will be held starting at Jonestown Park on Nelpine Road. This is the bidders' opportunity to enter the private properties during the bidding process.

Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to: Leslie Grunden, Caroline County MD Dept of Planning and Codes, at 410-479-8105, lgrunden@carolinemd.org . Bidders shall not enter the private properties listed in the bid form at any time during the bid process.

Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629 , by no later than Friday, November 15, 2024 @ 10:00 am, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
