Project Description: The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Design Services for the following disciplines electrical, mechanical, civil or architectural for Utah National Guard projects, various Statewide locations:
Project Description:The Utah National Guard is soliciting qualifications to select one firm each in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, and architecture for design services on a wide range of renovation, repair, and infrastructure projects statewide from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030. Selected firms may provide planning, design, construction management, and technical support for projects of varying types and sizes across UTNG facilities. Firms are required to submit a separate proposal for each discipline they wish to be considered for.
Construction Cost Estimate Will vary by project - not to exceed $8 million
