Project Description: This Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) is to solicit bids from qualified and responsible Bidders to provide Solid Waste Removal and Refuse Collection for Clayton County Public Schools (“CCPS” or “District”). Bidders will provide services to CCPS as needed. A detailed Scope of Services (“SOS”) is set forth in this IFB.
