Description

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide career transition support services on an as-needed basis. FCC's culture is based on core values of trust, respect, and integrity, and the organization aims to provide departing employees with a consistent experience aligned with these values.
FCC has approximately 2,600 employees, located in approximately 100 offices across Canada. FCC's corporate office is in Regina, Saskatchewan where the majority of our employees live and work. Approximately half of FCC's employees are part FCC's Lending Operations team, with the remainder being distributed amongst Finance, Risk, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Strategy, Marketing and Legal Services.
FCC has a well-established internal Human Resources division comprised of the following core functions: payroll and employee benefits; employee relations; talent acquisition and onboarding; enterprise learning; official languages; technology and analytics; organizational development; diversity, equity, and inclusion; employee experience; culture and leadership, job evaluation; total rewards; employee wellness; policy; and strategic human resources services.
