NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. through a fair and open
process, Burlington Township is seeking proposals for Basketball Court Restoration at Alston Cook Park.
Sealed proposals will be opened on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time at the
Township of Burlington Municipal Center, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, NJ 08016. Proposals
received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals shall be labeled "RFP – Basketball Court
Restoration" on the outside.

(N.J.S.A 52:32-44) New Jersey Business Registration and Disclosure of Investments in Iran, Russia and
Belarus (Public Law 2012, c.25).
