Project Description: Opportunity Home San Antonio (Opportunity Home) and its affiliates is seeking proposals from qualified Measurement and Verification (M&V) and Energy/Sustainability Services firms to provide annual Energy Performance, Measurement and Verification (M&V) services and reporting in accordance with HUD’s Energy Performance Contracting Guidelines and the Opportunity home’s plan of selected properties as specified herein.
