Project Description: Waterline Replacement - The Borough of Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for Monaca Gateway Roundabout Waterline Replacement until Friday, October 17, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com .
The Gateway Roundabout Waterline Replacement project involves the replacement of approximately 140 linear feet of waterline with 6” ductile iron pipe and the installation of associated service lines and fittings on Pennsylvania Ave. The purpose of the project is to adjust the elevation of the waterline to accommodate future work at the intersection.
All Bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%.
The Borough of Monaca reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Borough.
